SOAP is a program developed by Mrs. Beth Rothman, a faculty member of the Physical Therapy program and the Academic Learning Centers of Union County College for use by PTA students. Its purpose is to prepare PTA students to practice write in medical records and improve their note writing skills.

In order to access the program from any of the school computers, just follow these simple instructions:
1. Log on to a UCC Computer with your CWID and password.
2. Click on the START button.
3. Select MY COMPUTER.
4. Select the T: drive.
5. Select the Academic Learning Centers folder.
6. Double click the SOAPv12 folder.
7. Double click on the SOAP icon. The program will start.
