Making Friends for the world to see,
Let the people know you've got what you need;
With a friend at hand you will see the light,
If your friends are there, then everything's all right.

TO LOVE ANOTHER PERSON IS TO
SEE THE FACE OF GOD.
From Les Miserables

My special friend Dee gave me this quote:
Have a heart that never
hardens, a temper that never
tires, and a touch that never hurts.
(Charles Dickens)

The best thing about the future is that it comes only
one day at a time.
- Abraham Lincoln
This quote is from Dawn
Yesterday is the Past,
Tomorrow is the Future, but..
TODAY a GIFT... that is why we call it the PRESENT.
Cherish It!
(came from Calvin and Hobbs comic strip)

My Friend Audrey gave me this quote:
People do what they want to do
Below is some favorite quotable:
When you hug someone, never be the first to let go.
It takes me only a moment to say I love you, but it will
take me a lifetime to show you how very much.
Love is not something you say, its something you do.
Hope see the invisible,
feels the intangible and
achieves the impossible

Found this one over the net:
Friends are angels
who lift us to our feet
when our wings
have trouble
remembering how to
fly.
This is a Kevin Costner quote which I love:
Real heroes are men who fail and fail and are flawed,
but win out in the end because they've stayed true
to their ideals and beliefs and commitments.
Found this one in a history book:
Remember, remember, always,
that all of us,
you and I especially,
are descended from immigrants and revolutionists.
(do you think this is true??!!)
Also found this one in a history book -
We are talking about freedom to create....
the freedom to express our own individuality....
the freedom has been the cornerstone to success
as nation and as a people.
Found this quote in a co-worker's office -
do what you like is freedom
liking what you do is happiness.
This one is on a poster in my office -
Success is not measured
by heights attained
but by obstacles overcome.
the greatest thing in this world
is not so much where we stand
as in what direction we are moving.
